- at the POPB
- in usual french outlets: Virgin Megastore, FNAC, Auchan, Galeries Lafayette, E. Leclerc, Carrefour, Cultura, Cora
Pre-booking via the order form is closed since Tuesday, November 23.
MAILING OF BOOKED TICKETS :
Tickets pre-booked and confirmed will be sent home mid-December to buyers.
Tickets will be printed and sent once. In case of stealing, which is proved by filing a complaint with the police and only if tickets were purchased directly from the official outlet Bercy and the reservation can technically be found (customer identification, proof of payment, seat number,...etc.), the ticketing agency will create a duplicate (only for numbered seats) so that the client can access to the duplicate seat initially reserved. Any person occupying the seat being duplicated ticket will be considered in unlawful possession of a ticket, and therefore Bercy will be allowed to invite her to leave the POPB, to evict her if necessary and, where appropriate, to claim damages.
INFORMATION :
For the Friday and Saturday (2 sessions per day), all output of the POPB during a session will be final. Between the morning session and the afternoon session, the POPB will be evacuated. For the Sunday (one session), it will be possible to remove POPB until 13h and to return again by presenting your ticket. After 13h all output will be final.
